所谓borrow license:

对于使用Floating license 的用户，可以通过Borrow license 的方式使得用户在脱离License Server 网络环境的情况下使用Floating license 授权的软件。

在Borrow licnese 的时候，你需要指定何时到期，并在此前Return License。Borrow License 的时间最多 672 小时 or 4 weeks.

不过执行Borrow License需要有系统管理员的授权。

步骤：

点击 Borrow or Return a License 在workbench\help\about下的License Manager 键.
点击Go button. 弹出 Borrow or Return a License File 对话框.
选择你准备borrow a license的软件模块.  按control（CTRL）键可以多选. 
设置Borrow license 的过期时间.
点击Borrow button. 弹出确认对话框后就行了。
一般来说，过期之后，License文件就需要被return到服务器.如果需要，也可以提前return。

点击Go键. 弹出Borrow or Return a License File 。
选择要 return license的软件模块。
点击 Return Early 键。
